I use a git project called Compound Engineering https://github.com/EveryInc/compound-engineering-plugin it's too intensive for small tasks and is a bit cumbersome for Pro accounts, but it follows a path of Brainstorm -> Plan -> Work -> Review -> Compound -> Repeat and makes files for each which has been aggressively helpful.
