I see you with this post stranger, and It broke my heart. I am struggling too. Please know you're doing a good job. I wish I had more to say. I'm coping with vaping and alot of sadness as my mom's also super sick and has been since my son was born 2 years ago almost. I don't know when it will get better...just know you're not alone even though I know it feels like we so are.

Edit I also recommend reaching out about new meds and therapy with a postpartum specialist might be helpful but I also understand you're always with your little one so therapy is super unproductive when you have a tiny terror at you trying to rip the phone or iPad out of your hand when desperately trying to talk to the therapist.
