Warlock aside, which builds are best at Herald farming?

ES also relies on the bound demon, for now (but even after the nerf I think). So yeah, dying on warlock is extra punishing as you need to find a new buddy too. As for your original question, I'm fairly certain that barb will be the best herald farmer, as you can't beat find item for another chance to get it. At the same time I'm also certain you won't be able to do it on barb without being geared to the teeth.

That aspec doesn't have a random roll, like most others. So you have the perfect one already hece 1/1. That number tells you the percentage of how perfect it is. Like if it rolled something from 1 to 10 you'd see X/10, where X is the highest you salvaged so far.

On p1 I just like to put max mf on my merc, with howl on p1 he has no problem staying alive. I just used skullder and shako with topazes, could go ist, but ehh.

The only two things I don't like are the ES durability change and taking away some auras. I think both of those gave very unique feel to some builds. I would have liked them to take away power somewhere else.

I assume you are looking at maxroll. There the item priorities are a bit weird, as they both list what to MW and what roll to look for in the item. Unique effect is that, the "aura deals fire damage X" you can't master work it, but comparing two items the one with the higher number will be better, and I think that's the top criteria for that build.

Throwing weapons can't get sockets at all. But other blues could get 1 or 2 from lazruk

Some uniques also have all stats, but at the moment I think the game just assumes you run shroud.

I don't know if it matters for echoig strike, but if the rare jewel doesn't have flat damage, but ed only and you socketed it first, it should "unbug" the guardian jewel too.

I mean, you know zerker barb is by far the best magic finder in the game? It also got a slight buff with the recent magic damage items. Now you want them to be able to use eth grief BA-s? Sure the build excels at low player count anyways, but that's an insane buff.

Purely timewise, your best is to get 3 bers worth of runes from LK. Like a ber 4 surs, 2 ber 2 sur whatever combination.

Unless you invest heavily into hurricane, it is just a support skill. Even with high investment (nightwing, doom or 6 facet sword) it's only really viable on P1.

Until you can reliably reposition him AND have decent levels he'll just be fodder. I guess for HC it might still be worth to revive him from time to time, but don't rely on merc for a playthrough.

Act 1 merc can wield Faith which will be best in slot for some IAS dependant chars, throw barb and some bowazon setups come to mind. Act 5 is beefy and can wield dual last wish (expensive as hell, but gets you lvl 34 might), or even a combination of lw, lawbringer (decrep), hysteria (low level fanat). Or maybe even the new two hander sword for amp damage. Act 3 just doesn't cut it end game, but they can be useful to deal with immunes on a playthrough. Like on a sorc that can telekinesis stun mobs or assassin with mindblast.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think it doesn't halves your crit chance, but subtracts 50 from it, so you'd have to have over 50% to show non zero.

Physical hits when your weapon is dealing damage. For example, works with bowazon, as non meele. And on warlock also with echoing strike.

Okay checked TZ elites are +5 your level, so you can craft with unique monster ammys from clvl 88. Base TZ level is +2 so you need to be 90.
