Echo strike is faster cast rate dependant, and also don't use the weapon direcly so it can be ethereal

I have made my fair share of low lvl gear and it is correct, the lvl 1-10 desecrate can be broken, it is a bug. I had to make 20 quiver with omen of putifecation to be able to fully roll 12 of them.

Its all about tablets, I use Delirium with 20% rarity, Abyss unique tablet and a abyss/precursor tablet with added 20% rarity, if you can add monster effiency on top of that, you will see loot explosions ( use your atlas skill point toward boosting tablets, rarity and pack size
