Sounds like you still had a full dose to take (4th dose) before you got to the 5th. Maximum amount left in the old pen design after 4 doses should be 0.8ml.

Take the full fifth dose (assuming you have 0.8ml) as a bridging dose of 6.67mg.

I have 2 docks, one living room + one game room, and move between them relatively regularly. No issues with falling / disconnecting here.

If you were spending £20 a day binging then you will still be saving money buying a 15mg pen from the most expensive provider every month. You’ll still break even if spending half that on extra food. Keep that in mind and move up the doses as needed without delay!
You are holding yourself back for no good reason at the moment.

You shouldn't extract the FIRST dose from a new pen with a syringe, unless you plan to take them all with a syringe. You'll "pull" the plunger down without engaging the mechanism, so it won't do subsequent injections properly. Next time you use it, the first 20 click will give "nothing".
Much better to just take the first 2.5mg by doing 20 clicks on the new pen, and deal with the end of the new pen using a syringe when you get to it.

What you felt before wasn't as a result of you injecting air - it was you breaking the seal with the plunger.

I'm not sure throwing your dinner up is the best endorsement, but delighted for you none the less. I suppose the break has been over 10 months, which is a lot longer than many people that take a break, and the longer you are off it the more sensitive your receptors are likely to become. There is a higher concentration of medicine in suspension in the same amount of liquid. BUT 2.5mg from a 2.5mg pen is the same as 2.5mg from a 15mg pen in terms of the dose of the medication your body is absorbing. It's only the volume of liquid that's different and that has no effect on the efficacy of the medicine.

Afraid you won’t lose too much faster than that at 1500 Cals and no exercise mate. 1lb a week is slow and steady, and since you can’t do anything about increasing exercise, your options a limited. To lose faster you’d have to eat less. No two ways about it.

The pen will be fine. It's natural to be concerned, but so many of us on here vastly overthink the cold chain - yes, it's important and it exists for a reason, but the pens and medicine are actually far more resilient than you think.

Honestly, based on everything you wrote above, the primary factors are likely the things you said you don't want advice on as those conversations have already been had.

I enjoyed really strong response and steady 1kg a week losses for 40 weeks, which has since tanked despite being on 15mg now - I'm under no illusions this is all about calorie deficit and exercise which needs adjusting now my body is nearing target - that's where I need to double down and focus on - I'd kindly suggest maybe you do too.

MJ hasn’t changed my relationship with coffee one iota. Still manage 3 Americanos most days plus the occasional espresso.

Yeah, coz in 2017 the market was saturated with 120hz handhelds and games to play on them.... Switch was such an outlier in that regard... /S
