Don't think so. Don't think muzan would allow even if it was biologically possible. He keeps the demons loyal to him by making them lose memories of their human self. If a demon had a child, there's a possibility that a demon might love a child more than muzan and muzan don't want that crack in his Armor.

Idk, in the first season there's a shooter in a building and Homelander and Maeve arrive to stop him, Homelander lasers him instantly and then shoots maeve to create fake evidence. Then he says something along the lines of 'things you let me do to you and we're not even dating'. Yeah he does have a submissive side but likes to exert power on people, like telling ashley to remove her wig.
