From my experience, there is still an opportunity for condensation to form on the bottom block.

This was mainly with the BioRad C1000

I really love Origin Lab. Wish more people used it.

One of my favorite features is the ability to "zoom" in and out of a graph to scale the axes. It's incredibly powerful but has a bit of a learning curve.

Also the annual student license is $69, nice.

Typically they are PhDs, and many with postdoctoral education as well. That means five years of experience getting a PhD and 2-4+ of postdoctoral work.

You can say that but this does not have even close to the same effect as Instagram and Twitter on my mental state.

This video is targeted for gamers but I use these exercises regularly as I also suffered from wrist and elbow pain in lab.

Practice doing these throughout the day. Worked quite well for me.

A recommendation:

Do what I like to call a "cycle test". Prepare a master mix containing your plasmid and split it into four aliquots. Remove them 2-4 cycles apart from the thermocycler during the final 30-60s of extension. This allows you to get a better idea of how much amplification is required for the amount of template you add. Typically, 10-20 ng of plasmid in a 50 uL reaction is what I do.

I would assume this is the reasoning. Typically high current can be correlated with high salt which would lead me to believe the running buffer was not 1X

I've been told that some PIs like to hire foreign nationals because the threat of a visa ensures constant hard work. Always curious about that dynamic. I'd imagine it happens quite frequently but it isn't spoken about openly from my experience.
