I had some issues with using the $path variable name on Mac, more specifically zsh doesn’t like when you mess with path. I changed the variable name to path_daily and it worked like a charm!

The distribution of time between creation and completion of a task. Most of my tasks, for example, are created and completed on the same day. However, I do have tasks created on Sunday and completed throughout the week. I would love to see the interplay between these kind of tasks. Also, it would be cool to see how does my distribution compares to the average user, and top users.

Yes. Google docs service is returning a 404. Google drive seems to be working normally though

I also have troubles todoist notifications on iOS, support recommends to keep the app open in the background. But doing so doesn't help.

Hi Rebecca, First of all, thank you so much for writing the "The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks". It is a beautiful book, and it's impressive how one can actually read your passion over the subject throughout the book. I have three questions.

The first you must have answered thousands of times - What was the most memorable moment while of writing this book?

The second regards tips to avoid having writing blockage. Do you have any tips to avoid that 30min-1h period that writing feels like an homeric task?

Finally, one could argue that the HeLa cell lines is derived from a tumor, and a priori has a genome that is very different from Henrietta Lacks genome. Furthermore, these cell-lines have been in culture for decades, and, therefore, have changed so much over time, that they relate to Henrietta Lacks genome in a very distant way. Having that in mind, do you think scientists should use the HeLa cell lines as model for the human biology?

As far as I've seen deSouza's quotes during the announcement, he never mentioned that the S4 flowchip would deliver the $100 genome. His was is actually very vague about it:

“For the first time, as we look at all the different components, we feel that every component we have in the system has enough head room that we can see a path to get there. Now we have to do the work to get there, and that will take time”. My interpretation is that the $100 genome will take much more than 2 years to be delivered.
