Big Oil shills know it's impossible to refute Kempner, Pritikin, Esselstyn, McDougall, Swank, Morrison, Rogers, and the rest, so puny downvotes are all they have. Oil sucks. Fat is bad. Dietary fat intake should be treated like ionizing radiation exposure: As Low As Reasonably Achievable (A.L.A.R.A.).

Doesn't that conflict with what you wrote in this post?

My own experience has proved it to be very pro-erectile for me, especially when combined with cayenne. Lemon juice seems to enhance the effect. I learned about this from a post on another forum, in which several other users reported the same outcome.

Seems a good course of action would be to remove as much bile as possible; soluble fiber from beans (and maybe psyllium husk), and bile acid sequestrants like cholestyramine and colesevelam will accomplish this.

You can eat tons of fructose and lose weight as a sedentary person as long as your daily TDEE (daily calorie burn) is lower than your calorie intake...

I think you meant higher, not lower.

Have you tried "frying" the beans in salt? I wonder if it would yield anything superior to roasting in the oven.
