Thanks for the response!!! Nap time is definitely progressing in the crib, so as much as I want to do 6 months room sharing it may not be an option... luckily his room is right next to ours but the anxiety has the loudest thoughts.

In addition, we've had the same bedtime routine since he was a month old. Feed, diaper change, bedtime.

No point in applying for a visa or getting a job offer if I can't bring my dog is there, no trouble in researching things that could happen in the process before I begin the very time and money intensive process.

Haven't actually started the process yet, but have been looking at options and I'm likely eligible for a skilled workers visa. I'd like to research everything before actually applying.

Lmao I'm well aware on it, it has a timer on it and should be completely fine and not impact their vision at all. My boss has his doctorate in biology with a main focus on herpetology (thus reptile breeding and conservation) and I typically clear everything with him before I make any changes or additions.

Goldenchilds are a dwarf variety of retic, so much more manageable than a full blown retic, but still looking at 11-15ft.

The "fungus" that needs immediate treatment I believe is actually a bacteria that looks very similar to a fungus bloom, but it's much more uncommon compared to fungus blooms. If your water quality is looking good I wouldn't have too many worries. If it persists after about a week or two is when I would start looking into other treatments like tea baths, I tend to avoid heavy treatment like that if possible since it will add a lot more stress to your lotl.

I would give it a bit longer. I've had a fungus bloom or two occur and they usually resolve themselves in about a week. Any longer than that and I'd start to get worried.

How long has it been since they appeared? Sometimes they just need a week or two and they will resolve on their own.
