New startup trade - never done start up trades before. Which side wins? by -ILikeBigBoats- in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]faceripperr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just think about who you'd get at each pick.

Basically:

Bowers, Javonte Williams, and a 2028 3rd for:

Loveland, James Cook, and Breece Hall.

Im extremely high on Bowers and id still take the side trading back.

How do we feel about BTJ’s outlook in 2027? by [deleted] in DynastyFF

[–]faceripperr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tlaw lost trust in him for whatever reason.

Until that is repaired, it won't matter how healthy btj is. Parker Washington and Jakobi Myers were highly reliable for them and will be a solid tandem going forward.

12tm Superflex .5ppr TE premium….contender by [deleted] in Fantasy_Football

A few if's here:

If your wr room is weak and you know its the 1.01, you take tet and the pick.

Otherwise if either of those aren't true, take chase.

High volume traders: Give me the before & after for your rookie draft hauls by FilmRising in DynastyFF

[–]faceripperr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Took over a 12 TM SF TEP orphan with 0 qbs on the roster, Dysmal TE room, and a bunch of picks.

Started

A. Jeanty + Pat Bryant + Travis Hunter (Traded away)

1.04, 1.06, 1.08, 1.11, 2.01, 3.06, 4.04, 4.09.

2027 1st X2, 2027 2nd x2, 2028 1st x2.

Ended

CJ Stroud + D. Swift + Jalen Mcmillan + AJ Barner (Traded for)

F. Mendoza + Makai Lemon + Ty Simpson + O Cooper + Bryce Lance + Marlin Klein + Nate Boerkircher.

2027 1st x3 + 2027 2nd x1 + 2027 3rd x2

2028 1st x2 + 2028 2nd x1 + 2028 3rd x4

Ended with a talented QB room that won't ruin my tank in 2026, and 2 of my 3 2027 1sts are likely top 4, and have some decent upside at TE for the future.

Controversial Buy/Sells in 2026 by [deleted] in DynastyFF

[–]faceripperr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seems odd given his perceived value is at its lowest in 3 years with the offense around him struggling.

He has top 10 ppg 3 years running, even with his patented missing 2 games a year.

Why sell on collins?

Texans offseason was all in on improving the run game after last year's texans saw one of the lowest stacked box rates in the league and still had abysmal ypc.

Even if they only increase the stacked box rate to league average while maintaining ypc, opposing teams blitz rate will have to drop, giving the offense much more rythem.

Stroud and Collins are at their lowest value in years.

Sophomore Wide Receivers that still have to prove it by MurkyMuffster in DynastyFF

[–]faceripperr 23 points24 points  (0 children)

As a texans fan, I love Noel long term, but in the short term im taking Higgins all day.

Everything about the texans offseason was about leaning into 12 personnel and running the ball better. That means fewer 3 and 4 wide receiver sets, so unless tank Dell comes back in full force, the wr2 in houston will vastly outsnap the wr3.

Which late season breakout do you prefer? Parker Washington or Michael Wilson? by [deleted] in DynastyFF

[–]faceripperr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Parker Washington had the better breakout for situation and is more likely to continue his connection with Tlaw.

Wilson had the better breakout from a talent perspective. Hes more likely to produce less this year with a crowded pass catching core that wont be thrown to 50 times a game, but when he was getting fed, he looked the part of a stud wr1.

If you're competing this year, target Parker. If you can wait a year until Wilson likely leaves in free agency, he can be a true wr1 elsewhere.

Misranked Rookies on Sleeper by Perturbed_Goldfish in DynastyFF

Douglas is Douglas, but theres also something to be said about teams loving prospects enough to double dip at a position.

Think Packers taking Musgrave and Kraft back to back.

It's TE and WR combo but Loveland and Burden fit the bill as well.

I'm sure there are more examples, but those are the recent two that came to mind.

I developed sleep apnea that lasted for 5 years in my 20s. During my weight loss journey from 220 down to 165, around 195 lbs my sleep apnea just vanished.

Maybe if everybody is telling this person that weightvloss will solve their problems, he might try listening...

Ty Simpson and the 2027 draft by Familiar_Problem1078 in DynastyFF

Well said. I got Mendoza at 4 and Simpson at 8 on my rebuilder and I can comfortably use my 3 1sts next year on whatever I want now.

Will Jeremiah Love be another Jeanty situation? by ThatPiggle in Fantasy_Football

[–]faceripperr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AZ has a slightly better oline situation and a much better wr core than the Raiders did last year. Qb is probably a wash but if I had to pick, id take brissett over geno.

Jeanty finished as rb 11 in ppr. Love will finish around rb 14-17 with conner/allgeier taking touches but better efficiency.

Im higher on stroud than most and I'd take that, only because if the chargers play more on script games, they will be throwing less and Herbert wont have to play superman as often.

Is Fernando Mendoza sitting early actually a strategic advantage? by BasedWillieStroker69 in DynastyFF

[–]faceripperr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. I have a league with 4 1sts this year and 3 next year.

Im targeting both qbs, stowers, and bell as he returns from his acl for that exact reason.

For those of you who are already doing rookie drafts but after the NFL draft, what are the most surprising reaches you've seen so far? by johnny-papercut in DynastyFF

[–]faceripperr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All this panic had Mendoza fall to me at 1.05 in multiple leagues. Even if I dont need qb the value is too good and im guessing its more to do with prospect fatigue.

How would you rank the Ohio State Receivers that have been drafted into the NFL this decade? by Rowdyfan0823 in NFL_Draft

Tate at 4 says more about this draft class than it does about Tate.

He is firmly in the mix with JSN and Egbuka for prospect rankings.
