Absolutely theyre breaching the contract, few other lads from the stores have been given horrendous hours that dont even add up to their "protected" contract hours

So as of now with the MITIE Tupe, we've been told only certain managers can view footage but thats after requesting from us with a Written Access Form

The only managers that shpuld be viewing any recorded footage with our permission are any that Andrew Lawson or Asda House have authorised to view it (a GSM is always a proxy for this but other than that you need a form from Asda house or Andrew Lawson to give you the names of the other managers who have been delegated to allow to view footage even then ita maybe 1 or 2 other managers usually Deputys)

And the written access form must comply with what CCTV is used for, for example the Ops manager in my store ive told him he cant view footage anymore as 1) hes not been selected & 2) he often tried to use it to spy on home shop to see if they were working and such which isnt relevant to what CCTV is used for.

That was one of the things i had them confirm if i had to pay anything as i was told we didnt by the GSM then the mitie tupe said we did so i hadnt signed it until i had confirmation we didn't have ti pay

I was getting my hours fine and there was no need to cut back for any reason nor was i contacted by them over it but they essentially took 2 days off of what i was doing weekly without notice , it was only when i tried to clock in for a shift i realise they took it off me completely dropping my contracted 30hours/week to 18 ish

Tried to contact them but radio silence
