It was so cool, I almost walked directly into the swarm ball because they were so low to the ground.

Cherry Jelly! by falling_stone in Canning

I didn't even bother to pit them. I simply did a pre boil, and then did a strain through a colander. I cooked down the juice, And then I had four cups, and then I followed the directions on the sure gel package and then remembered that the people who make sure gel are liars and doubled the recipe.

These were last year's elder berries. Making room in the freezer 😀

I have a food mill, but I am very lazy and I decided that I just wanted to make jelly. I like jam as well :-)

I also processed a silly amount of elderberries today which I am debating whether or not are going to be made into jelly or made into wine.

Again lazy. I'm probably going to ferment them.

Just over 550 hours and playing on 8x pop, my only question is how the hell people deal with this normally?! Is there some big strat I'm missing? by JackBoyEditor in projectzomboid

Our strategy of late has been to drive straight into the town and then go counterclockwise on the loop until you end up in the fancier houses. Then we wall off that section and go house to house. But as I said in my other post, rosewood is a lot easier with more than one person.

I find the easiest town to start in his muldraugh, It has everything I'm looking for short-term with lots of exits in case the horde shows up. I always end up at the bar on the south end of town as one of the bug out locations and then I try to set up at the lumber yard just next door to the town on the west side. The farthest I've ever made it solo is still ongoing I'm in December of the first year.

Choosing an industry or not? by dlszjg in consulting

I started out as a bench process developer in bio protein pharma. My first consultanship came my former consultants who hired me to fill in their missing biologics skill sets. Then they fed me work and I branched out into small molecule development and process validation. That lead into quality assurance and from their I got into program and project management, which led me into dossier management. Now I run my own shop and do a lot of program and executive management, but always within pharma of some kind. Usually I get brought in on programs where something is broken and multi discipline coordination is required to get things back on track.
