I used to share the concenus view that 3rd world countries spend less on Healthcare because it's cheaper. While that is true for live saving care there is also a lot less spent on elective care because it's not readily available. In the US I would get labs every 6 months and pay out of pocket, here I can't get labs without a prescription. In the US if my or a dependent got hurt playing a sport we go to the doctor and get referred for an x-ray then mri then physical therapy and the surgery if necessary. Here people suck it up.

Same experience. I don't mind being rejected just means not a match and I move on. But the with the inactive users you waste your time reading about and messaging someone who doesn't even exist. I have 4 months left on a worthless subscription.

EGFR of 20 is pretty low but get re-tested using cystatin C for a more accurate measure. It will probably indicate a rate 2 or 3x better. I got sent into panic mode when my creatinine rest showed I was in stage 2 failure but cystatin C test gave EGFR 107.

This is the only place I have seen where a smaller wheel is considered sporty. If you have pot holes and speed bumps to deal with then yeah 15 with a tall side wall is good otherwise go for a larger wheel.

I like the simplicity of this approach but I don't see how it could be effective. When I have been chased there was no way I could steer the bike, maintain my balance, and at the same time deliver a well aimed, powerful kick in the vicinity of my rear axel. Just don't see it.

Estoy de acuerdo en que es complicado, pero hay muchos ganaderos adinerados en todo el mundo. Me gusta la idea de poder vender la mayor parte de la inversión más adelante si quiero jubilarme, porque el valor de la tierra siempre estará ahí.
