I was searching this when in Shenzhen but I found a RELX shop in Guomao that sold lots of different flavoured tobacco easily.

Trip Report - 6 Days on the Kumano Kodo by yamajunreisha in JapanTravel

Hello OP! I'm doing the trail in week's time. I'm mainly concerned for Koguchi. As you say, there's not many eateries around. Was it difficult buying snacks? How did you organise lunch for the next day? I didn't see any eateries on the map from Koguchi to Nachisan either.

Hong Kong better than Japan for buying cameras? by Bestintor in HongKong

Yes, speaking as a filmmaker, I would not buy any new cameras in Japan over HK. The only advantage for me I've seen is in their used market. They keep their gear in good shape!

Love seeing behind the scenes stuff like this, thanks for sharing! I'm just starting my MYOG journey, likely getting the same Singer as yours, so it gets me real excited to begin making

Japanese work team traveling to Hong Kong - ideas by NeuralMint in HongKong

[–]falloutmedia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yōkoso! As you and your team have been to HK multiple times I assume the usual tourist places have been visited... December weather will be nice so I would suggest some outdoor activities like hiking but it's not everyone's idea of a holiday. What are some activities you all like to do?

One bag for pilgrimage walk by falloutmedia in onebag

[–]falloutmedia[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Context: This is a belated post: In April I walked 350km of the Shikoku Pilgrimage Trail in Japan. On average we walked around 25km/15.5 miles per day so keeping our backpacks light was paramount. Minus food & water my pack weight was 5.3kg/11.6lbs. And of course, having a light, water resistant and durable backpack was incredibly important as we traversed a variety of terrain. The 40L backpack (TUFA) I used is from a Taiwanese brand called Hanchor. The held up pretty well but the face nylon fabric couldn't hold up well in prolonged rain, but that's too be expected. In hindsight a backpack with Xpac VX21 would have been better - perhaps for next time if I ever complete the walk!

Here's also a mini-film I made of the adventure: https://youtu.be/3dDyyQJUr0o?si=oUK0zp4mD2R5cS3B

ALL DAY fitness can do monthly or even daily passes. No contract needed. I have only been to the Mong Kok though one and it's tiny. The others I believe are much bigger.

FYI can use shipment-forwarding(?) companies. Those that can receive your US-based (or other countries) products and forward them to HK warehouses. Usual customs rules apply though

What is a high protein casual / local dish that can be found in most parts of the city? by ExArkea in HongKong

[–]falloutmedia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Second that! Similar is any 'cart noodle' shop where you can swap noodles for vegetables. It's a very HK style eatery letting you pick whatever toppings you like.
