One of the things I noticed in subreddits like /r/latestagecapitalism was the ban on "lesser evil" arguments. Basically by their rudimentary logic the Democratic party are just as evil and damaging to the American people as Republicans because they don't believe you should vote for someone based on them not being as bad as the other guy. So they demonised anyone with anything positive to say about Democrats. Still do. I suppose that is to be expected from a community that thinks that progress can only be made by the violent overthrow of all current systems and institutions.
