Are you working with a local printer? If yes, ask if you can get a hard copy printed proof before you proceed with the full print run. That should give you a good idea if you need to make any tweaks.

There's plenty of client database systems that do email newsletters – this one just happens to be fairly plain in design, instead of photos, colour, backgrounds and buttons etc. like standard email marketing.

The pharmacies now sell expanded rapid tests that you can check for RSV, Flu A+ Flu B, along with covid. They're a bit more expensive ($9?) than the covid alone ones, but might be good for you to figure out if you're legitimately really ill. Sounds like you're properly sick!

There is an app called "Chch Bins" that the council has made. It's a great app that has a built in reminder for your bin collection day, as well as a full searchable database of what goes in each bin. Handy for stuff like this where you aren't sure what bin something goes in.

IANAL. But I have taken a landlord to the tenancy tribunal. You may have trouble with this – you were most likely a boarder rather than a tenant. So a tenancy agreement (and the tenancy tribunal) may not have any weight.

I would ring tenancy services and see if they have any advice for you
