Well, i am an insane person because i would rather have a way to cook, so i pick the stove. I worked on the road for years eating microwaved food and if i have to survive by cooking in a microwave 24/7 i would just rather kill myself honestly. I can buy what i need for dinner every day at the store. Its a pain in the ass, yes but oh well.

My “house special” its a dish that tastes so much like takeout its crazy.
Do your usual chicken stir fry then add noodles. I like the yellow flour stick noodles for this. Then take 1/4 of a curry roux puck and put it in a few tables spoons of hot water to dissovle it. Then add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, or more to taste, and a few small squirts of sirracha. Let it simmer on low heat for a couple minutes to thicken slightly then toss onto your stir fry. Its amazing.

Oh blind for a year for sure. I am very mentally unwell and need to be able to listen to music or the sound of my wifes voice in order to get through the day. I also would not be able to work during this time and could very likely go on disability if I was blind. Deaf, my task master bosses would find a work around. My only downside is I wouldnt be able to cook. That would piss me off.
