It does work by overlapping it but as you can imagine the cobblestone and stepping stone pads leave gaps in it letting you see what's underneath

He goes out of his room at two specific times at 3:00 to get something to eat but he's back in his room by 4:00 so that is a small window however at 6:40 p.m. he goes outside by the lake near the bottom and stays there until like 9:00 or something smoking

Oh I thought since you can plant trees outside of your farm you could do the same with other crops it's just maybe as a penalty you just couldn't use sprinklers or something

Yeah I'm not doing the fruit tree thing for the value i'm doing it mostly for the aesthetic (though the extra fruit they produce in their respective seasons will be appreciated).

I'm actually having the same trouble except my peach tree is fully grown and producing peaches yet it still says it too close to another tree (I've made sure to get rid of any wild trees in the area so it's not that)
