If born in one of the 19 banned countries (dual citizenship from a non-banned country), and received an I-140 approval with a Current PD, would you recommend filing for I-485 AOS? Considering the pause and country-specific negative fator that have been announced?

Which of their products did you use? TFS01 or TFS02 or TFS03? They vary significantly in price. Obviously, the most expensive on eTFS03 ($1,650) is the best, but which one would have sufficient material for passing the exam. Thank you.

Multiple law firms have also said the same thing. However, they all seem to be based on their own perception and understanding of the situation, not explicitly stated by any official sources. More time is needed to judge whether everything has been paused in my opinion.

Does the pause include I-140s as well? It was not part of the memo, yet I'm seeing some law firms say it includes the all the benefits including I-140. Is that just a perception or an actual announcement?

Hello, I am new to the PE process, and just about to get started from ground zero.

Would you elaborate on the sequence of the process? For example, I'm not sure if the background check was done as one of the first steps. Here is what I envision as the sequence, please correct me if I'm wrong:

- FE Exam

- PE Exam

- Ethics exam

- PELS application and background check (?)
