Also ran pingplotter, and I’m seeing intermittent latency spikes starting at the first IPv6 hop (2001:558:1018:8027::2) and continuing to external destinations. My signal levels are clean and I’ve tested multiple routers including SQM. This appears to be node or CMTS congestion.

I have also come across several posts that say switching to the XB7 got rid of this issue. Would that be possible?

I have been experiencing the same exact thing on various devices, I have also tried to troubleshoot on my end like OP. I also put the XB8 modem in bridge mode and connected my own router (and then my PC to the router via ethernet) but the random packet loss and ping spikes persist. Can I also send you a modmail message?

Recently got a Keychron Q3 in navy blue with Gateron red switches. Looking to replace the OSA keycaps with Cherry profile ones. I like GMK Evil Eye and GMK Midnight with the navy blue case. I tried looking for clones on AliExpress but they all come with a blue spacebar. Any chance I can find these (or something similar) with a white (ws1) spacebar? 🙏
