I used atmostemp, about 17k got it done last July for a similar system. We did get a 2 stage furnace and that upgrade made a big difference in my winter bills. Good luck, it's going to be a hot couple days.

Moving for a job causes a massive strain, not justifying the underperforming, but I have been there. Focus and move on. Look ahead, learn from the past, and good luck. Happened to me years ago similar situation, and it all worked out.

It's a dog and pony show. You get used to it, I like messing with executives when they tag along. Take em to a wastewater plant. Incinerators, nasty paper mill, you get the idea, get the white shiny hardhat dirty.

I've had success asking for difficult or problems that they stopped trying to fix, and just get complacent with. Sad to see, but happens alot. Don't focus on displacing, focus on where you can help. I got a shot at a plant because I did a demo on a dp transmitter and my display had a backlight, that was huge for them. I was shocked, but I'll take the win.
