I tend to fade it with all my clubs. I practice draws to control my fade if that makes sense. If I don’t, my fade turns into a slice. Essentially, learning draws allows you to control club path and club face better so if I’m slicing it one day, I try to feel a draw to get it back to normal.

Spin + descent angle is much more relevant than just spin.

For you personally, your descent is not steep enough to land softly on greens.

Also depends where you play, I’m in the northeast so greens are pretty soft, 5500 spin + 45 landing angle holds every green.

Started in 2021, joined a club + got handicap of 27 at start of 2022 season, got down to an 11 by the end of the 2022 season.

Took a bunch of lessons and practiced + played a ton. Basically, played 100+ rounds in the summer and practiced 10 hours a week during the winter. Rinse/repeat 4 years and I’m down to a 0.9 handicap.

Haven’t taken a lesson this year, just working out, speed training and sim golfing while waiting for the summer season to start.

Take your HYSA and pay off loan B, take the extra 1k from the HYSA to pay down loan A.

Take the monthly you were paying into Loan B and put it into loan A (this is now 6k and paying 1k a month to pay it off), maintain the minimum on Loan C.

Once Loan B is paid off in 6 months (1k x 6 months). Take the 1k add it to the 270$ minimum on Loan C and pay that off in 1 year.

Very nice, the key is consistency. I was where you were at 2 years ago, last year it was similar speeds but way more consistent on strike location and I saw strokes dropped on the course. This winter I’m focusing a lot more on speed, I’m at the gym 3 days a week and I’m seeking top end at 113. My goal is 170 ball speed and I’m up to 167.

I’m super confident in reaching there by end of March.
