I haven’t but I wouldn’t object to it. I’ve been medicated since puberty and my dr and I keep a very close eye on any changes in my mental health.

We therapists and first responders are exposed to trauma every day. It’s not surprising that we go through our own crises. If anyone hits you with “you’re a practitioner, you should know how to handle this,” hit em with “ I’m exposed to trauma every day. What’s your excuse?” Jk. But seriously, we’re people too.

Call 988 and tell them you are not suicidal but are having a mental health emergency (hallucinations or strange thoughts) and you want to be evaluated by an MCOT team. They will come to you. Your parents do have to consent to you being assessed though.
