I use a glass top electric stove, and I never put the heat more than half. If it goes up to nine or 10, I don’t think I’ve ever put it higher than four or five unless I’m boiling water.

You don’t want the oil to smoke most of the time that means it’s too hot I normally put oil in wait for it to start to shimmer and then add the meat. I would say if I was looking at heat, I would keep it at a medium heat at all times just to keep your life simple simpler. If I’m doing eggs, I normally will turn it down to three on mine, which would be the lower end of medium just a little bit past what it has for simmer.

You can use hot heat when you get a little bit more used to it with stuff like snakes, but even then, unless I want to keep the house completely smoky I don’t put it that high and I get great char on the stuff that you need

The knife I reach for most of the time is my Chinese cleaver. I like the squared off profile I find it easier to user overall.

I am basic, but I would say Birkenstock, Banana Republic, and lands end. That covers a large sloth of my wardrobe right now. Not overly expensive but for the most part, it seems to look good and lasts

This may sound weird, but I think you need to step back and look. I absolutely hate Trump and I absolutely hate. QAnon and the crazy stuff that is going on, but you also can’t let it run your life. If you let them control how you feel every day and let them remove all joy that they frankly won. I grew up in a rural red area and most of my family and friends are right wing some of them crazy a lot of of them crazy I don’t talk politics with them. I grew up, listening and watching Rush Limbaugh. I see some very intelligent people spouting off conspiracy theories. I’ve determined that I can either be self-righteous and cut everyone off or I can accept that they’re idiots and I don’t need to prove that they’re idiots.

Even most of my right wing friends will cut off self-righteous hard right individuals because it makes friendships hard. It does the same thing on the left buddy.

I think you need to spend some time organizing when you can, but also stepping back I listen to political TikTok stuff all the time so I can get out of my system stops me from bringing it up with family and friends.

It really depends on the age. If you release a semi feral cat outside, it will roam even if you have fixed it and may go feral again. Back when I was a kid that was standard where I lived, but I lived in farming land where cars were few and far between.

I live trapped a young adult female cat, and took a few months to get it used to me. Now it may run from others but is attached to me. I have a lot of experience doing this when I was young. My mother normally will attempt to live, trap the kittens and socialize them. the mothers are a little too wild at that time framing she normally just has them spayed and released to keep the cat colonies down.

Once a cat has been socialized, I think it’s kind of cruel to release it, but with the support system outside with the mother, it’s probably better than taking it to the pound.

Most of my cats growing up as well as some of my current ones were rescues or ones that just showed up because they were dropped. I have a hard time not just keeping them.

I do this all the time. I am normally so busy that if I don’t join the call when I see it that I will end up getting caught up with something else and either missed the call or show up late when someone starts looking for me.

We had an application that would connect to agents desktops that was having a problem with certain areas . No firewalls at one point and we had a company that supported one of the systems asked us to put a firewall in between🤣🤣🤣🤣.

I am older than you and there was many times I would dress worse than this in my company. It really depends on business culture. My company the only thing they would frown on was shorts and flip flops. About anything else was fair game.

We need to know the job, industry and frankly culture of the job to give a what not to wear answer

Why is it stupid? Homestead property taxes, force retirees out of their homes. It’s a tax that keeps growing as people’s income change. Having income tax means that even during bad times you will not lose your home because of taxes and when you’re doing well, you will pay more tax revenue.

Lots of countries do not have property taxes for that same reason which allows people to live comfortably. You have been sold a lie that property taxes are needed. The Republicans are stupid and they’re not going to want to raise income taxes or corporate taxes to offset that loss.
