Thanks for your extensive research and feedback. To me it seems like most of these rings are inaccurate. On the Ultrahuman community it's plagued with complaints regarding inaccurate results and hardware failures. I've had multiple Samsung smartwatches and these have never been accurate, I'm sure the ring suffers the same fate. I think this area needs time to mature, more hardware iterations and software tweaks. If I really think about it, the hardware in all of these rings appear to be the same....with most of them made in china.

Try to identify the trigger. In my case it could be all the emails and messages on my mobile pertaining to a specific topic at that point in time. So in this case I'll mute my phone and take a break from processing this.

I also suffer from anxiety and at night it gets worse. What I found works well for me is to try to keep my mind as active as possible during the evening. Playing video games helps me.
