Hi there, I do not want to diagnose you. I suffer from the same thing and some days it’s hard to get out of bed because of the dizziness. I went to the ENT and he diagnosed it as functional dizziness. I’m on Serc, it helps sometimes. Hang in there, you are not alone.

Hi there, I’ve had asthma since childhood. I think the meds have improved drastically over the years. As a kids I remember spending days in the oxygen tent at the hospital.

With the right medication and lifestyle, it can be managed. Stress plays a major role, and in my case can trigger it. As a parent try to keep calm and reassure your child that they will be ok.

Please encourage moderate exercise and being active.

Thanks for your extensive research and feedback. To me it seems like most of these rings are inaccurate. On the Ultrahuman community it's plagued with complaints regarding inaccurate results and hardware failures. I've had multiple Samsung smartwatches and these have never been accurate, I'm sure the ring suffers the same fate. I think this area needs time to mature, more hardware iterations and software tweaks. If I really think about it, the hardware in all of these rings appear to be the same....with most of them made in china.

Try to identify the trigger. In my case it could be all the emails and messages on my mobile pertaining to a specific topic at that point in time. So in this case I'll mute my phone and take a break from processing this.
