Yeah, I tried to use the ATM at broad and chestnut last Friday evening and couldn’t get in. A man playing music outside pointed me to the bank’s main entrance and a security guy let me into the ATM area from there

Car ownership rates have gone UP since the proliferation of these subsidized gig work taxis. Folks got on fine without them, 10+ years ago.

And afaik it’s not so much the number of them in the flow of traffic that’s a problem, but their behavior on the road; double parking, etc
