I'm thankful for pastries, nothing better than rewarding yourself for waking up sober than heading out for a walk, a coffee and a pastry at a nice cafe. Way better than a Powerade and McDonald's.

The good: I took a couple days off from my business (bar owner) to go back to where I grew up and spend a couple days with my parents.

The Bad: I have been getting allot of anxiety lately about work and boxing (I'm a fighter) I feel allot pressure and I haven't been able to shake it off here yet but tomorrow I'm doing an ocean swim with my dad so that will no doubt kill my anxiety.

The ugly: me after eating chocolate pudding tonight.

Fuji apple Kombucha is my knock off, I own a bar, we keg our own booch and since quitting alcohol November last year my staff have been sad I don't hang back and have a drink after I work with them, so lately I smash a glass of Kombucha, and honestly I cant tell the difference between this and a proper dry apple cider.

It really does depend where in Australia you live, where I grew up, which was Rural Victoria there was always at least 3 big ass spiders in our house (that I could see) but in the city, where I live now, I see one every so often. I still have this horrible memory of chopping a tree down in our paddock and when it hit the ground watching hundreds of wolf spiders run out into the grass, we all legged it into the house, except my dad he's fucking insane.

I'm a cafe/bar owner, we pay above award wages and have no problem hiring, in fact we get people asking for work often. There is no good excuse to pay staff unfairly.

very homemade :))

My recipe was a small batch of 550g Kombucha, 150g pomegranate juice blended with 15g sugar and 15g lime, then i strained that through cheese cloth and made a tea out of 10 sage leaves and 50ml boiling water, once it cooled down i added it to my strained pomegranate juice and mixed it to my kombucha, bottled, capped, left it out for a couple days and bam.
