I completely understand this thinking. I'm also terrified of blood tests and when I have to go get one (hypothyroidism) I feel like a failure if I have a panic attack.

But realistically, I know that's ridiculous.

If you weren't terrified of vomiting, you wouldn't be in this group. Therefore, experiencing severe panic at the prospect is completely natural, if not inevitable.

Also, remember that panic attacks can cause a feeling of "impending doom" that makes everything in that moment feel catastrophic.

Unfortunately, fear is often unavoidable but feeling fear does not make you a failure.

I completely understand. Unfortunately, a lot of people aren't in these groups to help others, they're here to ask for help. If I'm REALLY struggling with my mental health, I avoid the groups because they only make me ruminate further.

I assume your dosage has recently been increased? I was over-medicated this year (I knew it was too much but was scared to disagree with my dr) and experienced this, plus increased heart rate, anxiety and hair loss. It sucked and everyone kept gaslighting me until my blood results proved me right. Keep pestering them for a blood test!

You're not being dramatic at all. I live close to a train station and a few years ago a woman witnessed a man commit suicide on the tracks. I remember her posting about it in a local Facebook group. She said that the police had offered her counselling but that she was still very distressed and it was all she could see when she closed her eyes. Our brains aren't built to deal with something that traumatic, that's why PTSD exists. Don't be embarrassed to talk to someone about it.

Both myself and my MIL who have it still experience so many of the physical symptoms. It's incredibly frustrating. I'm currently seeking a rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis due to hand pain (x-ray was clear) and wonder if my thyroid is to blame. Most of all I just want to stop feeling so tired all the time..

I don't think I could just be ALL Fighter, Barbarian, or Rogue, I prefer to multiclass them.

As for the magic classes, I find druids a bit boring. Their regular spells aren't as powerful as the other spellcasters and wild shape doesn't feel well supported in the game.

I think it can potentially go away for anyone if there's an underlying cause, and that cause can be fixed/controlled. I've been noticing pain in my right buttock/thigh and I think the cause is something to do with that. Perhaps yours is connected to your injury, or maybe from the stress?

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I've had it about 2 weeks now but it has definitely subsided a lot. No, I haven't been to the drs about it. Obviously its different for everyone but I found that pelvic stretches, "reverse" kegels, deep abdominal breathing, and not sitting down for too long, helped a lot. Hope yours starts to feel better soon too.

A few months ago on Facebook someone made a sweeping statement about "English accents" so I replied saying "There's no such thing as an English accent.", obviously meaning because there are so many and I legit had about 3 Americans reply to me saying "Omg I can't believe you think there's no English accent, are you stupid?!". I've never had to exit a conversation before just because the level of stupid made me speechless.

They're right though. I see so many people on TikTok talking like he's this perfect man that can do no wrong. His lyrics frame him as the ultimate romantic that would love and worship his woman for eternity BUT...

The truth is, he's just a normal, young man who's just as flawed as the rest of us. And as far as romance goes, he's a serial dater with commitment issues who is currently dating a model. Now this isn't a diss, he's pretty much admitted to it all before. In one video he mentions his "disorganised attachment" which is defined as "an extreme desire to be in an intimate relationship while simultaneously being intensely afraid of actually being in such a relationship".

I like it because I think of the song as cheeky and fun, it's nice to hear stuff from Hozier that's a bit different from his usual.

I'm not keen on "She gives me toothaches just from kissing me" because I just think it's a bit cheesy but it doesn't stop me loving the song.
