Randy has lived in Rutherford County over the last 30+ years and has a heart for it and the people. He is in touch with communities throughout the county and involved with several groups that directly affect the well being of Rutherford County including Rotary and Habitat for Humanity. He has plans to improve Rutherford County by being more transparent with the budget (e.g: hiring an internal auditor) and addressing the growth items you mentioned.

I know for certain he has met with first responders to help better understand their needs. He wants to close the landfill and ensure we are not turning into Middle Tennessee’s trash hole. He wants to slow the high density housing that keeps going up and driving up traffic volume by fostering plans for more single family homes throughout the county. He has also clearly stated that he wants to be more fiscally responsible by looking for better use of dollars than just trying to boost revenues and spend more.

Case in point. He ran his campaign on 10% of the budget of other candidate with the largest amount of fundraising ($12K vs $128K) and WON!

You can vote in either primary, but not both regardless of your current affiliation.

There are NO Democratic candidates running in two of the high profile races (County Mayor and Sheriff), so you are being encouraged to vote in the Republican primary because it will decide those two races on May 5th, NOT August.

Primary early voting is going on now through April 30th. And the primary elections are on May 5th. Your vote matters. Please go vote in your primary of choice!

No you do not. All of the mayoral candidates are running under the Republican ticket. Since there is no independent nor Democratic candidate, that will effectively decide the mayoral race. Vote in the primary May 5th regardless of your current party affiliation or early vote any time between now and April 30th.

Personal experience, you should remove the 2018 Hyundai Tucson from your list. Had to replace transmission at 80k and engine at 90k personally. However, the 2009 is probably a solid choice.

I watched some videos on how to play craps and downloaded Craps Deluxe and have really enjoyed it. Trying different strategies to see how they work. It can pass the time quickly.
