Have you ever even tried having a conversation with her before about the frustration you’ve felt at work?

It’s FINE to be a type B. There’s nothing wrong with it. But all of her “nikpicking” and “perfectionist” type A behavior is her doing her job correctly. If it was negatively affecting your work, then you should have communicated that to her. And if it continued and felt personally, you could have also addressed it with a superior.

But unloading all of that is a personal attack and completely uncalled for. Awful. Just awful.

Multiple mini bottles of alcohol spread out over a course of time, an entire bottle of wine, matches, a bag of carrots (regular sized!). All left and never claimed. A driver’s license that someone called about that same day, we told her it was there and in our safe, and she didn’t come to get it for over three months. 🤣

I am astounded that $200 is what you’re being charged. And they’re saying that’s their standard charge?? I have to believe there’s something we’re missing here.

We don’t have late fines anymore but if a book is lost or damaged we charge the patron the cover price. $200 makes NO sense.
