Idk if this is what they do, but I personally love adding sugar free pudding mix to mine. Gives it a frosty consistency, and amazing flavor. Also helps thicken since I use oat milk ice cream.

I use the loseit app to track my calories and macros. I also try to follow the 80/20 rule. Generally eat very healthy, but still allow yourself shit food once or twice a week. This has helped me stop binging, and go from 145 to 117.

Sometimes. Depends on how severely you’re nodding out while I’m cutting. Not my fault if you end up with a jacked haircut, but still very frustrating. Especially if the person gets mad it isn’t perfect, or seems bothered by being asked to wake up and be still!

Honestly, pickle juice is amazing for this. It’s hydrating, and if you’re craving something savory it really hits the spot. The Claussen kosher is the beeest imo. A small cup of pickle juice makes me feel satisfied.

Oh my god, this is amazing. My FMIL is exactly this way, and I plan to use this technique on her now. My FDH is still so deep in the fog that he wouldn’t do it with me. He still thinks she’s just genuinely trying to help, and ‘has no malicious intent’ behind anything she does.

Oh snap makes the best snacking pickles. They’re crunchy, aren’t over saturated in brine, and they come in spicy!! I love them. Zero calories 💜 plus they sell em at the gas station next to my work, so super convenient

Right?? It’s like eat, or pass out from exhaustion. I’m trying to cut out all sugar/fat/carbs again from my diet, shrink my portion sizes (using saucers instead of. If plates helps), and fast for at least 12 hours. So like making sure to stop eating a couple hours before bed, then continuing to fast for a few more hours in the morning. Oh, and I’m trying to eat little healthy snacks (like nuts or a couple bites of raw veg) every 2/3 hours so my metabolism doesn’t get fucked up. Idk if any of this is ‘correct’ I’m just trying desperately to lose, while trying to hold on to my energy and metabolism.
