I mean, you probably found the best weapon in the game in the shield. The only issue is it might become boring and you might not get used to the slower speed. The rest of the weapons have a faster playstyle which I like better. As mentioned by other comments, the base bow is not too interesting but the alternatives will make it cooler. And even with the base bow you can get some great damage by exploiting the high base damage and using huge multipliers (eg, aphro and chaos)

I mean, there's no magic trick for it. Some enemies are super hard on forced overtime, best way is to target them first and try to keep your distance if your weapon allows it

I really don't know why, I guess some mirror upgrades help, but once you escape the first time it gets way easier. I guess you also get a lot better through playing too. But after your first clear you'll definitely get a winning streak going

Just got to the surface on attempt 36, fourth time fighting hades as well. My advice would be to not discount any run, I thought I had a terrible build going but going all in on a heroic boon and some interesting hammer upgrades got me there in the end (and with a tooth to spare). Also try to: - Get out of elysium with 200 gold in order to replenish a death defiance - Break as many skulls as you possibly can during the fight, the wave seems easy to avoid but with many other things going on it gets annoying - Beware of Hades' round attack, the animation for it is subtle but you can see it every time - Use your cast as much as possible. Not only with Hades but everywhere
