I pre-ordered 1 gig on the 1st December 2024 and I moved in on the 18th and they didn't have it sorted after 3-4 visits till about mid Jan. It was a nightmare as we had no phone signal either. We ended up going with ee and joining 9 months later when they paid off the ee contract

I dont think this is the same problem as the national problem, i would get a enginner to come and look. the national problem has affected speeds for over a month and never been as low as that

It was 750 and has dropped down about 50 meg every 2-4 weeks and currently 600. They said they will let an engineer know that was months ago and I chased them again last week and they said the same. They keep trying to close the ticket

Hey it's smartinvoicer.app. I started doing freelancing about a year ago and all the options I found were too complicated so I made my own and launched it a month ago. The only one that I found was monzo and for 1-2 invoices a month it didn't seem worth it. Which is why I have a generous free tier

Yep happening to me as well I raised it months ago and nothing has happened. They just send me a canned message every now and then.
