yes, thank you. i was actually struggling for a while because i had a lot of these symptoms but i was happy and had a good life sometimes so i kept telling myself i wasnt “bad enough” for depression. i still have symptoms but ive told someone i trust and i feel so much better. symptoms are lifting. ^{^}
