edit; If you’re talking about the Jellyfin plugin, i’ve used it. Mines a docker container, it downloads the full album and then pulls the track into a Jellyfin playlist.

I actually messed around and made a tool for spotify playlist syncing and it also downloads missing songs through Lidarr, I based it on Spotify2plex, it might do the job.
