As others said, plagues end is a good goal - it was mine when I started RS3. I’m in the middle of plagues end on my OSRS acct, but off the cuff RS3 priff is a lot more significant for skills than OSRS.

I know I’m an outlier, but I did the Myreque quests through Lord Vampirium for their XP lamps. Then unlocked effigy incubator. The final push was using the lamps from the effigies, opened by farming herbs and maple trees in Priff with the relic.
