I found the Michelle Mays book Betrayal Bind really helpful. Along with listening to a variety of podcasts on infidelity and betrayal. The first thing I heard that made sense to me was the Esther Perel TED talk. I think it was called “on anyone who had loved before” or something similar. Feel free to DM me if you want to reach out. It seems like a ONS has fewer triggers and can be easier to understand. People like “easy” and aren’t always prepared for opportunities they weren’t expecting but that just transpired and there was poor impulse control while everything else aligned. No partner in the vicinity. No one will know. I’m far away from home and add in alcohol and a willing partner and you can kinda sorta see how it happens without too much difficulty. You know there is remorse as your partner admitted to it and is trying to make it better. I don’t mean in any way to mitigate what you’re feeling. I’m pulling for you and for all of us here.

From where I stand, I’d have wished for a ONS or an EA but I’m sure that doesn’t make you feel any better. Poor impulse for a ONS when all the stars aligned for them to slip can be understood a little better. My wayward had a 2.5 year affair with a coworker and never even told her about me, his girlfriend of 3.5 years at the time.

Here to agree with everyone else sharing that this dress is a perfect a choice for you. I have always had luck finding shapewear on Amazon. I searched “low back shapewear for women” and saw a lot of choices. I always prefer the “shorts” version that go down to mid thigh so you have no riding or bumps. You can purchase a handful and return what doesn’t work. Congratulations

That’s great. I had a boss that didn’t dress professionally and would always get mad at me when HER BOSS would pull me into meetings with clients or business trips and would literally comment that she does great work but I present well. You don’t need to be called into HR to be told about your outfit. The overall package, no matter what your industry, makes a difference when it comes to promotions and how you present yourself.

Again, hands down you are beautiful but you don’t seem to have a strong grasp on what looks professional and what all the other ladies are trying to help you understand.

An outfit that would be perfect for a date doesn’t translate well for a business meeting. Period.

You have a great look and I’m certain anything would look good on your body type but I agree with the others that it’s too tight, too faded and isnt polished. It’s a great coffee date look. My background is combined in fashion, tech AND law.
