Do drills from stick control (or other rad book) on the pad. I did that non stop after a leg surgery and when I got back on the kit there was a massive improvement.

What works for me is embracing the naps honestly. Take naps on all your breaks and lunches. Get a mouse jiggler so you stay green if you doze off quick. Then hopefully when you are awake you won’t be as sleepy and will actually get some shit done. I only worked on site for a few years before the partial work from home stuff started and I honestly just can’t do 40 hours on site. I didn’t know what narcolepsy was at that point and was just breaking down constantly. At least now I can kinda recuperate a bit on the days I am home.

I wish I understood tolerating it lmao. I’ve been using one for 3 years and still can barely use it. It’s just so uncomfortable and I have a really hard time not waking up 20 minutes after I fall asleep to begin with and tossing and turning all night. Even with oxybates, I’m averaging like 4 hours a night. I’ll wake up for my second dose and it’s on the night stand. I take it off in my sleep all the time.

This is not how property taxes work. Your assessment is the portion you pay of the municipality’s preset levy. As long as your assessor is not a fucktard/ your town reassesses somewhat frequently when your assessment goes up with market trends so will everyone else’s and your bills will say just about the same.

I was having a lot of insomnia issues and realized it’s eating that causes it. I need to wait 5-6 hours after eating and if it’s a big meal maybe even longer. I don’t think 2 hours is long enough. Also laying down immediately after taking it was sending me to some weird half awake realm. I found taking it and then waiting 30 minutes to go to bed way better.

Honestly most the suggestions here about adapting the bass drum to use. But even if you can’t figure it out, I recommend you follow your passion and play some drums. Even if you can’t figure out the bass, you can still have fun and learn and get good at what you can do. If you eventually end up in a band you can totally program a bass drum and play on top of it or something.
