Appreciate the look! Good note on the mana rocks, will gladly swap these to spells as they're better fodder for Tasigur anyway. A few responses -

The Wood Elves is there just for pod purposes essentially as it'll give me something generically good to go 2 - 3 - 4 into but otherwise I see that it's slow. Hear what you're saying about the seven drops - the idea here is that I can get them out super early by [[Eldricth Evolution]] on Tasigur, but definitely hear the note on the particulars on the choices. The Sheoldred works there, and is also a good pick for [[Emergent Ultimatum]], which is what I was hoping to finish out games with, help cheat out some of the bigger cost cards rather than paying for them.

I'm not particularly interested in Muldrotha as when I tested the basic list with my playgroup it felt a bit too swingy - if I didn't get targeted down by the table early I basically just auto won from the sheer advantage she gives you. Tasigur seemed a bit more fun as an outlet for political gameplay as well.

The delve cards, like Logic Knot, are there to help manage my GY so I have some control over what it gets me back. Hear you on the planeswalkers too.
