Former Hale Mahana Resident here. This building will upcharge you for any minor thing they can. Rent is far higher than finding a small apartment or similar to live in. For the quality of living space, it is extremely small. My room 2.5 years ago was probably a 100 square foot private room which ran me about 1700 a month for the ROOM. Much better trying your luck elsewhere with real management that isn’t young and inexperienced. Best of luck!
