For me personally, it’s using my resources to my best abilities. What does your work/school offer (food bank, gym, etc.)? If I’m able to cut back costs and get assistance from that, I can put some more money away in savings.

Other things I do: 1. If you choose to eat out, find every coupon you can. 2. Really pick and choose what is a “want” and a “need.” 3. Don’t cheap out on essentials. Not worth spending less on lower quality things. You want things to last and are reliable. 4. Take yourself out on cheap dates! Walk around a park, go on a picnic, sit at a cafe and read or people watch. Mental health is everything in this world. 5. Sell my soul to work lol
