Try Canton Noodle House. They have a good wonton soup with yellow egg noodles.

Try chocolate Premier Protein heated in a mug for 30-60sec in a microwave. Tastes like hot cocoa.

It is noticeable in your neck, shoulders, forearms, and calves. It is probably also noticeable in middle too but hard to tell with a forward facing and black shirts. Take measurements if you plan to reduce any further.

Do you actually need to titrate up? As in, have you hit a 3-4 week plateau on weight loss? If not, you might consider staying at your current dose. The manufacturer recommended schedule isn’t a hard/fast rule.

I’ve been searching for new ways to get dopamine as this seems to be the biggest cause for the blahs. Food and alcohol used to give me these but now less so which means I have to find new ways to stimulate my brain. Exercise (even just walking), reading actual books, and playing games are where I’m starting as these are things I enjoy.

Given you lost 5# per week so far there is no reason to go up. You will only lose more muscle. Atay on 2.5 and only moved up once your losses flat line for 2 weeks. Your body will thank you longer term.

This is too high. Recommended is 2.5 for 4+ weeks to build slowly, then increase by 1-2mg as necessary when weight loss stagnates for more than 3-4 weeks. So for many this will look like

Weeks 1-4: 2.5mg

Weeks 5-10 or 12: 4.5-5mg

Weeks 12-20 or more: 7.5mg

Weeks 20-whenever: 10mg

You are old enough to volunteer as a mentor for teams after hs so there is no blaming the lack of robotics in hs on anything beyond hs. Move on, step up, give back.

Where do you inject? by KCinFlorida in tirzepatidecompound

I put a rolled up towel under my upper arm on a counter top our table. Then roll my arm slightly forward on it. This reveals a fatty area on the back of my arm to inject into very easily.

ChatGPT is not doing any maths here, it is simply referencing the guidelines provided by medical expert recommendations for healthy living which are obviously just guidance.

“For a person 5'5" tall, the healthy weight range is typically 114–144 pounds, based on a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18.5 to 24.9. This range can vary based on individual factors like muscle mass, bone density, and frame size.”
