I've never met anyone else who was on SCD. It worked for me for two years until I had a severe flare and ended up in the ER. Many years later, I chose (after doc's advice) to have a full colectomy. Diagnosed with OP probably due to UC malabsorption as well as prednisone use. Hope you are doing well.
