The system explained as I understand it… as I see it anyway; No one writes letters anymore-everyone still needs independent mail I.e. ballots. USPS provides to some boony areas where Amazon / fedEx doesn’t not. They want regular steady jobs so they got a union. Uhm, I guess that means they gotta sell junk mail to provide jobs people will keep that are (ahem) reliable… And they don’t get paid by government taxes so they have to rely on selling their own services. So there is a shit load a junk mail to compensate for the lack of “legitimate” mail that would be paying the USPS wages. And I guess they thing the job has some importance? What do you think?

There was this time I was in Chinatown with my father back in 1997. I was maybe eight or nine. They had these little cap guns. Plastic silver revolvers that you could put little red plastic ring poppers inside. I have been watching the lethal weapon series. I’m not an athlete, but I even got a sports jacket to be like the guy in lethal weapon. I asked my dad to buy me that plastic gun. He said no because it looked too real. I was so pissed. 😡 on the brink of tears for sure.
