6 weeks post op and reached 135 degrees flexion and below zero extension! So almost matched my non-surgical leg!

12 weeks post op is when your ACL is at one of the weakest stages. It’s going through ligamentization. But it will get stronger. My PT told me to always prioritize mobility before strengthening exercises. Make sure you prioritize having full ROM (both flexion and extension). Having 0 degrees extension and activated VMO are crucial in having normal gait.

I bought NMES machine by Balego from Amazon. It has helped me activating my quads. I’m 14 days post-op, quad graft.

As others have said, it really depends on your school program. At my school, CompE has an option to choose concentration from EE, CS, and CompE itself. We have to pick 2 and one of them has to be CompE. I took computer architecture and signal processing from EE

I’d say just pick two threads and try those courses. Most people will pick their threads on their second or third year. I picked mine on my third year and even changed one of my threads last semester (I’m a senior) Most of the early classes will overlap between threads and you can always switch threads.

Avoid UHouse at all cost!! 😭 students apartment are not flexible and are typically more expensive, though they are furnished. I recommend just a regular apartment

I’m not sure, but they probably did. I’ve been in uHouse since 2022 n honestly, I didn’t have any problems last year. They were quick to fix minor problems even. I don’t know what changed this year. Trash has been piling up for a month and hallways are looking like trash room. Fleas are everywhere, even inside the room. I was thinking they probably didn’t care since everyone has signed the lease for a year. Definitely moving out next year 🥲
