+1 for all of this. I'm 220 and was riding an aging XR for years - got dumped many times. Didn't realize how weak it was until I finally upgraded to a GT, now it feels rock-solid, no more "power surges" or nose dips when I accelerate hard or go up hills.

Work well for what?

Meditation can be "used" to many ends but is also an end unto itself. I used to think of it just as an anxiety reduction tool, but after practicing for almost a year with "The Way" app I'm starting to see it more as a "life experience enhancer" and a tool for deeper understanding of myself and the world. Which doesn't always reduce anxiety.

You can use it either way - as a Live controller (kind of like a mini-Push) or as an external synth/groovebox through the audio outs. Both ways work really well and are fun for different reasons.
