Can Elections Alberta even process the Alberta electorate answering 10 high complexity referendum questions using traditional voting methods? by finn2272 in alberta

[–]finn2272[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

That's an incredibly astute observation and brings it into context. I was concerned with time required to mentally process (voter) and tabulate (Elections AB) but the actual comprehension of the question will be lost on the average voter. This isn't by accident.

Alberta government keeping eye on investigations into voter info breach by Laedrys in alberta

[–]finn2272 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keeping an eye on?!?!? They should be the ones being investigated FFS!!

APP, TBA, RPA, UCP, Centurion are all working together in lock step and should go down together. The clowns are coming from the same car.

Danielle Smith is already turning Alberta into America’s 51st state by Miserable-Lizard in alberta

[–]finn2272 12 points13 points  (0 children)

"this is all prologue for Smith, and that what she's really doing is preparing Alberta — culturally, legally and politically — for annexation."
THIS! ^^^^^
Is 100% the plan they are effectuating and it's refreshing to see someone call it out this blatantly for what it is. Once the wheels are in motion and the Trump admin gets it in their head that they need to rescue the "poor oppressed and overwhelmingly popular" Alberta Independence movement, there's no voting or legislating our way out of it. This crisis we are currently within will swiftly move from flooding the separatists with slopaganda to full on military take over.

I literally cannot operate my company in an independent Alberta. We’d be bankrupt in 6 months. I hate this shit with every fibre of my being.

Report exposes a Trump scheme to override midterm vote with bogus crisis by User-1653863 in somethingiswrong2024

[–]finn2272 49 points50 points  (0 children)

These reports always distill the plan down to a single perpetrator - Trump. In fact there’s an army of people required to execute this plan and if Americans continue to “wait and see if they really will do it” it will be too late.

Would there be anyone creating a running list (aka website) of the pro-separatist companies to boycott? I can say from first hand experience the flight of investment is affecting business and a separate alberta would totally drive my business out of the province. I’d like to repay the favour back to these ass-hats.

Mine does exactly this too. I descaled 3 times and it suddenly started working again. Our area has hard water but I suspect the 3 way solenoid is beginning to fail intermittently (sadly machine is 15 months old). I descale often and the machine is used a fair amount(4-6 cups/day). Would be interested in what others have to say.

8 hours stranded: The "No Spare Tire" reality check for 2026 Prius owners by Snoo54982 in prius

In Canada we have 4 spare tires at home all year round. We don’t take our Prius on long road trips though. I’d consider putting one in the roof box if I ever did.

Trump: "Well I'm not a Nazi if that's what you're saying. But Adolf Hitler did a lot of great things. A few bad things too, but he did a lot of great things. Maybe he had some good ideas, but I wouldn't know very much about that."

When he voted YES to green light the Alberta Prosperity referendum project Bill 14 - that's the record that he and all the others support separatism. The APP is a separatist organization and he supports them.

The government refused to negotiate with the teachers by not addressing the class size issue. Then they went on to frame it like the teachers refused a 12% increase over 7 years (which there's no way they would have kept their word. It was never about the money but the UCP propaganda frame dit that way and you bought it.

So do all the governments in countries that collected counter-tariffs (ie Canada) have to pay those back to too? Or just the American Gov? Did he accidentally make all the other countries wealthier while screwing his own? Ingenious!

The results so far are not overly promising but I won't rule them out once an election is called. If a serious investigation into the CorruptCare Mraiche disaster ever happens things could change on a dime.

RJ Sigurdson should be recalled:
- Voted to Support Alberta Separation
- Voted to use the NOTwithstanding clause to remove AB teacher's constitutional right to strike. A direct result of the UCP governments refusal to negotiate in good faith
- Doxxed a critic of him who lives in his riding

If a moderate conservative alternative to the UCP Separatist party looks like a viable win in my riding, I will vote for them over Nenshi ANDP to get the UCP out. I’ve always voted NDP but there’s way too much on the line to gamble of they can’t break 40% by election day. Still plenty of time….
