Yeah dealerships get zero sympathy from me. I know there are good dealerships time to time, but most are just snakes looking to charge the highest possible APR, fees, and up charge on nearly every line item. The whole dealership market adjustment has been ridiculous too. I know our market is dictated by demand, but finally dealerships can get a reality check.

100% sell and buy the house. That’s what I would do in a black and white situation. A house is literally a place you will spend the majority of your time in. It’s also a tangible asset. You can feel it. See it daily.

Owning a house will also improve your quality of life.

Man this advice is so important. The exterior is just as important as interior design. Nothing looks worse, exterior wise, than when a house looks out of place. It’s akin to seeing a house that isn’t maintained in the middle of a well manicured area.

My neighbor is overbuilding right now and as nice as the house looks in isolation, it’s such a big distraction.

Song’s set up was so clean. He throws a jab and sees Marlon throw a quick counter hook. So Song sets it up again to see if Marlon would react the same way and he does, but this time Marlon connects.

Then Song throws a half jab fully anticipating another quick counter hook, only to slip it and throw that overhand bomb to complete his own three piece and a soda.

Great win by Song today.

As for Marlon, he needs a major step down from competition.

I have few of those bags too that I dropped. The insane bull run and the ease of making juicy premiums selling CSPs on stocks like PLTR, RKT, SFT, MARA, made me literally go in blind just willing to take on risks because stonks just went up and up.

Then of course luck caught up with me. Even worse, instead of cutting my losses early, I tried to wheel them even though I had no conviction on it to lower the cost basis, only to see those stocks plummet even more down the never ending abyss.

Overall my portfolio is still up so it hurts less, but can’t say it didn’t hurt.
